Welcome to Plexi Works! Our commitment to delivering high-quality custom plexiglass projects extends beyond our products to our customer service and business practices. Below you will find our store policy, which outlines our terms and conditions for B2B transactions. Please review this policy carefully.

1. General Information

Plexi Works exclusively caters to business-to-business (B2B) clients. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are a business entity, not a consumer.

2. Order Placement

2.1 Custom Orders

All orders are custom-made based on the specifications provided by our clients.
Detailed design and dimension specifications must be submitted at the time of order placement.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a purchase order and a 50% deposit.

2.2 Minimum Order Quantity

A minimum order quantity may apply depending on the nature of the project. Details will be provided during the quotation process.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Prices are quoted in SEK and are exclusive of 25% VAT, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.
Due to the custom nature of our products, prices may vary based on the complexity and scale of the project.

3.2 Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipping.
We accept payments via bank transfer or approved credit terms.

4. Production and Lead Time

4.1 Production Time

Standard production lead time is 4-6 weeks from the receipt of the deposit and final design approval.
Expedited services are available at an additional cost and subject to availability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including eco-friendly options.
All shipments are insured for the value of the goods.

5.2 Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.

6. Quality Assurance and Warranty

6.1 Quality Assurance

All products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch.
Any defects or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

6.2 Warranty

We offer a limited warranty of 1 year on our products against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or installation errors.

7. Returns and Cancellations

7.1 Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
In case of defects or incorrect products, please contact our customer service within 7 days for resolution.

7.2 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation without penalty.
Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the total order value, depending on the production stage.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' designs and specifications. All information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plexi Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
